Sterling Silver & Natural Materials
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, skin oils, and environmental conditions. This is a normal characteristic of sterling silver and not considered a manufacturing fault.
Natural stones and decorative materials such as marcasite, African garnet, black onyx, freshwater pearls, and cubic zirconia require gentle care to help preserve their appearance and setting. Subtle inclusions, texture variations, and natural ageing are characteristics of these materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
We recommend following our Product Care guidelines to help maintain the beauty, finish, and longevity of your watch or jewellery.
