Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
Silverline & Co does not currently collect international duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or customs charges at checkout.
International orders may be subject to additional charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Any duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs clearance fees, or import charges must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant customs authority, postal service, or courier if required.
Silverline & Co is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional charges applied by the destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay required customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, high seasonal demand, or disruptions within local delivery networks.
Silverline & Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import requirements.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@silverlineco.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the matter.
