At Silverline & Co, each piece is crafted and selected with care. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and watches and are committed to providing a return experience that is fair, transparent, and aligned with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We understand that occasionally a piece may not be the right fit. Should you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and protective materials are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • For hygiene and security reasons, earrings, personalised, or engraved items are final sale, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law

Return Condition

Items returned for exchange or store credit must be returned in their original condition.
Silverline & Co reserves the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or if original packaging and tags are missing.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to the customer.

Faults, Defects & Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item:

  • Has a manufacturing fault or defect

  • Is not as described or does not match product imagery or specifications

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If an item has a major fault, you may choose a refund or replacement.
For minor faults, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

In these cases, Silverline & Co will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.

How to Arrange a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via email within the applicable return period at  contact@silverlineco.com.au

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear images if the item is faulty

  3. Await confirmation and return instructions before sending the item

  4. Return the item securely using a tracked shipping service

We recommend retaining your tracking details, as Silverline Co cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for assessment.
You will be notified as soon as your return has been finalised.

Additional Information

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault

  • Natural oxidation of sterling silver is a normal characteristic of the material and does not constitute a defect
